Study Film, Entertainment, and Media at NYFA New York
New York is one of the most iconic cities for film, television, entertainment, and media, with an energy and culture that inspires students to create and achieve at the highest level. NYFA’s New York campus, located at the tip of Manhattan in Battery Park, adjacent to the Financial District and nearby Wall Street, is a welcoming, artistic community of filmmakers, photographers, visual artists, and actors who call NYC home.
NYFA also offers a range of youth programs and summer camps in New York.
Programs
At NYFA New York, we offer a variety of degree and certificate programs, as well as in-person workshops, youth summer camps, and youth workshops. The disciplines available at this campus include Filmmaking, Acting for Film, Producing, Photography, Cinematography, 3D Animation & VFX, Game Design, Documentary Filmmaking, Screenwriting, and Virtual Reality. NYFA New York is also currently the only campus to offer programs in Musical Theatre.

NYFA’s New York campus is located in a modern, multi-level space. Our purpose-built classrooms and studios are specifically designed for filmmaking, photography, production, editing, performance, dance, and voice. Our New York campus also has a fully outfitted theater and expansive equipment library.
