Larry Clark is a photographer, filmmaker, and writer from Tulsa, Oklahoma. His seminal work, the black-and-white photography book Tulsa was originally published in 1971. A number of his controversial works have been banned in numerous countries. Kids (1995) written by Harmony Korine depicted a group of teenagers in NYC during the height of the AIDS epidemic and received an NC-17 rating.
