H.H. Cooper stopped by the New York City campus in June 2008 to share his insights about working with filmmakers Jonathan Demme, Robert DeNiro, Charlie Kaufman, Spike Lee, Penny Marshall, and Wong Kar Wai, as well as actors Drew Barrymore, Matt Damon, Hilary Swank. He is currently producing a documentary with Oscar award-winning director Jonathan Demme about Bob Marley. When asked what advice he had for young directors and producers, he said, “Make movies. Just make movies.” It was inspiring in its simplicity.
